By applying for a trade account, you confirm that:

  • You are purchasing in the course of business
  • You are not acting as a consumer
  • Information provided during registration is accurate

We reserve the right to approve or decline any trade account at our discretion.

3. Account Approval & Access

  • Prices are visible only to approved trade accounts
  • We may request verification documents
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

4. Pricing

  • All pricing is trade-only
  • Prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
  • VAT will be applied at checkout where applicable
  • Prices may change without notice
  • We do not guarantee future availability of pricing or stock

5. Orders

Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock errors

8. Returns

Trade returns are limited to:

  • Damaged goods (reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Incorrect items supplied

Clearance, promotional, or Weekly Deal items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

  • You will resell such products in accordance with UK law
